Chef Ashelanna is the new owner and operator of Cooking With Class as of December of 2022. Chef Ashelanna graduated the Art Institute of California with a degree in International Cuisine & Restaurant Management. Since 2015 Ashelanna has been working exclusively as a Private Chef & Restaurant Consultant for many well-known clients and hotel brands, she is excited to start a new chapter sharing her knowledge of culinary arts with all who are interested in learning!
Born and raised in Tennessee, Chef Tony's southern roots still run strong!
At the age of 40 Chef Tony graduated the Art Institute of Atlanta while working in a James Beard awarded Restaurant - Bacchanalia. Years later, after relocating to the Palm Springs area, Chef Tony became a Chef Instructor for the Art Institute of California where he enjoyed teaching class such as Concepts and Theories,
Fundamentals, American Regional Cuisine, World Cuisine, Classical European Cuisine,
Asian Cuisine, Management by Menu, and the Personal Chef.
We are thrilled to welcome Chef Tony Thomas back to the CWC team and extend this skills for you to learn from.
Chef Kayla brings authentic Thai Cuisine & Culture to our school schedule roster. With her bright personality and big smile, you are sure to enjoy amazing Thai food while hearing about her childhood in Thailand.
Chef Kayla also is our in-house baker extraordinaire! Look for her Macaron, Cake Decorating and Baking 101 Classes!
